A proud graduate of Cambridge, MIT and Université Laval, and currently studying for his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), Patrick is banking on innovation, ethics and sustainability to shape the businesses of tomorrow. From humble beginnings to the head of large-scale projects, Patrick Lussier has always relied on courage, rigour and long-term vision. Ethics

Success only makes sense if it's clean. I have refused many shortcuts, and I will continue to do so. Because a project that does not respect people or the environment is not a project that I support.

Courage

It takes courage to face uncomfortable truths. To set limits. To make uncomfortable choices. I cultivate that courage every day.

Work

There's no substitute for effort. I have a high tolerance for discomfort... and a very low tolerance for inaction. It's by working with heart, intelligence and consistency that you create real results.

With brutal honesty, he told her what few would dare to say: that he loved her deeply, but that he didn’t like the relationship they had, or the attitude that was damaging their relationship. He made it clear that if things didn’t change, he would move away.

Mathias –

Quiet intelligence

Two and a half years his sister’s junior, Mathias is a brilliant yet deeply introverted young man. Thoughtful, observant and sensitive, he often prefers silence to grand speeches and quiet spaces to bustle. He spends a lot of time immersed in his world – his head in his phone, between videos, research and Japanese cartoons, which he particularly likes.

Sabrina

25 years old, she has chosen a completely different path: that of service and discretion. A member of the armed forces, she works in the military postal sector. Introverted, stable, and very independent, she knows how to draw her boundaries and assert her comfort zone. At home, visitors are welcome… both at the entrance and at the exit. Her fulfillment comes from simplicity and respect for her own space.
At the Lussier-Lehoux household, we speak truthfully, we laugh loudly, and we stick together. This family unit is more than a refuge: it’s a driving force. It’s what gives Patrick the strength to continue building, again and again, with the deep conviction that success is only valuable if it is shared with those who matter most.
